Returns & Refunds
We hope you absolutely love your Bondi Beach Balm products! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the product, please email us at shop@bondibeachbalm.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We’ll happily offer you a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer store credit if the item is returned unopened, unused, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please email us to arrange your return before sending anything back. Postage returns are at the expense of the customer.
All store credits are issued via a digital code for use on our website.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
