Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days.

You’ll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping takes between 2-7 business days. 

International Shipping (Australia Post)

FLAT RATE $14.95 AUD to all countries outside Australia!

All international parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping & Warm Weather Policy

At Bondi Beach Balm, we use 100% organic, natural ingredients with no additives or stabilisers, which means our balms may soften in warmer temperatures, especially during the Australian summer or international transit.

To help protect your order, we:

  • Use thermal packaging during hot weather
  • Recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery

If your balm arrives soft or melted, don’t worry! Simply pop it in the fridge for a few hours to reset the texture. While it may look different, the benefits are still the same.

Please store your balm below 30°C and out of direct sunlight for best results.
